The Redeemer

Proverbs 23: 11 - 'For their Redeemer is mighty, He will plead their cause against you.'

Our Lord and Savior thrives on showing up on our behalf and moving for us; however, this will never come to pass without faith. We must trust Him in order to see Him move for us - trust me, the Lord wants to do this far more than we ever want Him to do it!

We are living needs, but the Lord doesn't respond to need necessarily, He responds to faith! The bible says: '...When the Son of Man comes, will He find faith upon the earth?' (Luke 18:8)
This is what Jesus is looking for in His people - we will dare to believe Him and step out on His promises...the moment we do - everything will change. It was the Lord who asked Sarah, 'Is anything too hard for the Lord?'
My brothers and sisters, we must come to know that God can do anything and everything, anytime He very well pleases. The test is, whether we believe He will do these things for you and for me? This is a new dawn, a new year, another opportunity to better our walk in Christ - there must be some risk taking involved if we're really gonna see God move on our behalf.

That means we are gonna have to do things a bit differently than before. We cannot continue to do the same old things, and expect different results...this is insane thinking! We won't get anywhere except another dead, and very frustrating year of no productivity. Well, I don't know about you, but I'm sick of going through that! I want change, and revival, and impact - all of these are going to happen when I step out on the edge for Jesus Christ!

That means our giving must increase, our devotion must deepen, our prayer life must be honed, and our spirituality must be matured - this takes work and time...will you do it?
